To get your free packs you need to have purchased the subscription.
Once you have signed up, simply login to your Customer Account or Astute Manager.
On your account Dashboard underneath "Astute Manager" you will see “Texture Packs”. Click on “Texture Packs” to see the packs, then click on each pack to access the one that you want to use.
