1. Defined Solution
If you have a clear idea of your requirements, Astute Graphics will be happy to work with you to assess the project, suggest any enhancements or changes and then provide a quotation for the defined work. Bespoke projects are typically $50k or greater in value.
We would work towards comprehensive specifications that convey the project’s requirements in a human manner, agreed to at the outset of the Bespoke project. These clearly affirm expectations throughout the stakeholder team — we have extensive experience of working at all organizational levels — prior to development commencing.
At each stage of the development project, progress is conveyed through the agreed communication channels.
When it’s time for testing the Bespoke solution, training and support is provided in parallel, ensuring that team members who are expected to utilize the solution are prepared to take full advantage of all the benefits available.
Following completion of the testing phase, the final solution is deployed, typically with a 12-month support package included for additional confidence.
2. Flexible Solution
Not all problems are easy to define. Not all problems are known. We understand this and are happy to work with you and your team on a flexible, hourly rate to first consult on the existing state and then devise smaller, dynamic and agile steps towards an aspiration.
We would agree on a minimum term and value for an ongoing project, typically 2 to 3-week periods, after which there is a mutual rolling agreement or a no-obligation termination of activity.
From the outset, ownership of IP elements are defined to ensure that you control and own Bespoke developed elements.
This approach is ideal for improving system-wide team workflows across multiple platforms.
