AG Offset new feature: There is now a menu item (and D keypress) for resetting the parameters of an AG Offset to their default values.
Improvement: The two types of custom colors (global process colors and spot colors) are now visually differentiated on the AG Offset panel, and tints of these colors are now properly represented.
Improvement: When altering a stroke or fill color on an AG Offset and either the original color or the target color is white, intermediate colors are now correctly produced as tints of the custom color.
Bug fix: When applying an AG Offset with a custom color to an object in a document where the custom color does not yet exist, Stylism no longer crashes.
